Licensee understands that the agreement is on a per license basis and that the copyright and license ultimately remains with Blorp Corp Music LLC. Licensee agrees to not duplicate, publicly perform, or broadcast the music without first obtaining a license from Blorp Corp Music LLC. License applications must be submitted to blorpcorp.com 48 hours prior to broadcast or license will not be permitted.
